大容积无缝气瓶淬火炉改造方案

摘要 大容积无缝气瓶淬火过程中,炉子外壁热负荷情况下的不均匀变形造成V型辊道上表面高低不平或倾斜,淬火炉采用串联的多级链传动,使辊子相对于大气瓶有相对滑动。在气瓶与V型炉辊接触的部位,气瓶表面会发生划痕。本文分析了划痕产生的主要原因,对淬火炉提出了改进措施,通过设计独立支架,使V型辊道与炉体分开,同时,将淬火炉分成加热区和保温区两个部分,分别由两个电机驱动,增加T系列螺旋伞齿轮转向箱,保证各V型辊道的同步运行。改造后,淬火炉运行状况良好,大大减小了V型辊和大气瓶的磨损,划痕已基本消除。 During quenching of large-capacity seamless gas cylinder, because of the non-uniform deformation of the hardening furnace outer surface under the thermal load, the upper surface of V-rollers is uneven or inclined. The hardening furnace adopts multi-stage chain drive, it makes the relative slip between the roller and the gas cylinder, and there are scratches on the cylinder surface contacted with V-type roller. This paper analyses the main causes of scratches and puts forward improvement for hardening furnace. V-type roller table is separated from furnace body through designing an independent steel frame. Meanwhile, the furnace is divided into heating zone and heat preservation zone, driven by two motors respectively, and spiral bevel gear T-steering box is installed to ensure V-rollers synchronous rotation. The quenching furnace works well after reformed, the wear of V-roller and cylinder has been greatly reduced, and the scratches have been basically removed.
