探讨不同微生物检验方法对念珠菌阴道炎患者阴道分泌物检验的效果

To explore the effect of different microbiological test methods on vaginal secretions of patients with candidal vaginitis

目的探讨不同微生物检验方法对念珠菌阴道炎患者进行阴道分泌物检验的效果。方法对2017年12月~2018年12月本院收治的51例念珠菌阴道炎患者进行观察和分析,均接受不同的微生物检验方法,分别是培养法、镜检法和凝集法,统计并对比不同微生物检验方法的阳性率。结果凝集法检验的阳性率为70.59%,培养法检验的阳性率为84.31%,镜检法检验的阳性率为98.04%,差异对比显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论相较于凝集法、培养法,念珠菌阴道炎患者进行镜检法检验的阳性率更高,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of different microbial test methods on vaginal secretions in patients with candidal vaginitis.Methods 51 patients with candidal vaginitis admitted to our hospital from Dec.2017 to Dec.2018 were observed and analyzed.All patients received different microbial testing methods,including culture method,microscopy method and agglutination method.The positive rates of different microbial testing methods were counted and compared.Results The positive rate of agglutination test was 70.59%,culture test was 84.31%,and microscopy test was 98.04%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with agglutination method and culture method,the positive rate of microscopic examination for Candida vaginitis patients is higher,which is worthy of clinical application.
