摘要
水利风景区建设是实现美丽中国和生态文明建设的重要举措,在维护工程安全、涵养水源、保护生态、改善人居环境、推动区域经济发展等多方面发挥着重要作用。本文分析了湖南省水利风景区建设现状,从景区的管理体制、规划、文化融合及生态保护方面总结了存在的不足,并针对问题提出了促进湖南省水利风景区可持续发展的建议,以期为同类水利风景区建设提供参考。
The construction of water conservancy scenic spots is an important measure to realize a beautiful China and the construction of ecological civilization. It plays an important role in maintaining project safety, conserving water resources, protecting ecology, improving living environment and promoting regional economic development. This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of water conservancy scenic spots in Hunan, summarizes the existing deficiencies from the aspects of scenic spot management system, planning, cultural integration and ecological protection, and puts forward suggestions to promote the sustainable development of water conservancy scenic spots in Hunan in order to provide reference for the construction of similar water conservancy scenic spots.
