抗核抗体谱与稽留流产的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨抗核抗体谱(ANAs)与稽留流产的相关性。方法随机抽取在2018年04月~2019年02月就诊于湖北民族大学附属民大医院产科的166例稽留流产患者为实验组及200例正常早孕者为对照组,收集血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测ANAs。结果研究中实验组ANAs阳性率为0.10%(17/166),对照组阳性率0.06%(12/200),通过统计学分析,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.1)。结论本次研究检测ANAs对稽留流产的病因分析没有明显的影响,抗核抗体谱与稽留流产无相关性。
