摘要
针对橡胶隔震支座的力学性能及其老化速度等特性均与其工作环境温度有关,而现有的橡胶隔震支座没有考虑温度对其工作性能的影响,本文提出了可调节其工作温度的橡胶隔震支座,以解决橡胶隔震支座在不利温度下因其力学性能变差、老化速度加快影响其隔震效果和使用寿命的问题。所提出的可调节温度橡胶隔震支座结构简单,控温原理明确,对在高温、低温等不利温度环境下使用支座的力学性能和隔震效果有显著改善作用。同时,可将其推广应用到房屋建筑、桥梁、机械、设备等相关工程的隔震减振技术领域。
The mechanical properties and aging speed of rubber isolation bearings are all related to their working environment temperature,while the existing rubber bearings donot consider the effect of temperature on their performance.The rubber isolation bearing with adjustable working temperature was proposed to solve the problem of the isolation effect and service life of the rubber isolation bearing due to the deterioration of the mechanical properties and the accelerated aging speed at the unfavorable temperature.The proposed temperature-adjustable rubber isolation bearing has a simple structure,a clear temperature control principle,and a significant improvement in the mechanical properties and the isolation effect of the bearings used under unfavorable temperature environments such as high temperature and low temperature.At the same time,it can be applied to the vibration isolation and vibration reduction technology of housing,bridges,machinery,equipment and other related projects.
