摘要
幂函数坍落度筒是一种以幂函数曲线为母线外形的新型混凝土坍落度仪器。幂函数坍落度筒的出现,理论上可以解决标准坍落度筒试验存在的成功率低、试验结果波动大的问题,但是还未有系统的试验数据定量地比较相同条件下两种坍落度筒测试结果的关系,使幂函数坍落度筒的试验结果无法用国家标准衡量。本研究提出了相同条件下幂函数坍落度筒比标准坍落度筒性能优良,且二者测试结果之间存在函数关系的假设,采用控制变量法进行了多组对照试验。最终得出,幂函数坍落度筒改变了标准坍落度筒试验成功率低、结果波动大等问题。利用假设检验与线性回归推导出了标准坍落度筒测试结果(W)与幂函数坍落度筒测试结果(S)的换算公式。
Power function slump cylinder is a new type of concrete slump instrument with power function curve as the shape of bus.Power function can solve the emergence of the orifice tube theory of the existence of standard orifice tube test success rate is low,the test results the problem of large fluctuations,but still no system of test data quantitatively compared under the same conditions the relationship between the two kinds of orifice tube test results,the power function of the orifice tube test results cannot be measured by national standard.This study proposed the power function under the condition of same orifice tube than the standard orifice tube,excellent performance and function relation between the two test results of hypothesis,the control variable method is used for multiple sets of controlled trials.Orifice tube finally concluded that the power function can effectively solve the standard orifice tube test success rate is low,the result the problem such as volatility,and use the hypothesis test and linear regression is deduced from the standard orifice tube test results ( W ) and power function slump cone test result ( S ) conversion formula.
