阴道B超与腹部B超在诊断异位妊娠中的效果观察

The effect of b-ultrasonograPhy of vagina and b-ultrasonograPhy of abdomen in the diagnosis of ectoPic Pregnancy

目的评价阴道B超与腹部B超在诊断异位妊娠中的效果。方法选入我院诊断为异位妊娠的患者66例,随机分成实验组(n=33,阴道B超检查)与对照组(n=33,腹部B超检查),分析符合率、图片显示情况、满意度。结果实验组的符合率、图片显示情况、满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在异位妊娠实际诊断的过程中,采用阴道B超检查法,有助于提升整体诊断工作的符合率,操作较为简单,不需要等待膀胱充盈之后再进行检查,能够全面提升患者的满意度,具有很好的推广优势。

Objective To evaluate the effect of b-ultrasonograPhy of vagina and b-ultrasonograPhy of abdomen in the diagnosis of ectoPic Pregnancy.Methods 66 Patients diagnosed with ectoPic Pregnancy in our hosPital were randomly divided into the exPerimental grouP(n=33,vaginal b-ultrasonograPhy)and the control grouP(n=33,abdominal b-ultrasonograPhy)to analyze the coincidence rate,Picture disPlay and satisfaction.Results The coincidence rate,Picture disPlay and satisfaction of the exPerimental grouP were higher than that of the control grouP,P<0.05.Conclusion In the actual diagnosis of ectoPic Pregnancy,the adoPtion of vaginal b-mode ultrasonograPhy is helPful to imProve the overall diagnostic comPliance rate.The oPeration is relatively simPle and does not need to wait for bladder filling before examination,which can comPrehensively imProve the satisfaction of Patients and has a good Promotion advantage.
