缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防产后出血的疗效及临床评价

Clinical evaluation of oxytocin combined with misoProstol in the Prevention of PostPartum hemorrhage

目的观察缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防产后出血的效果,分析其临床价值。方法随机选取我院在2017年2月~2018年2月期间收治的自然分娩产妇60例,采用随机抽签法将其均分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组产妇采用缩宫素治疗,观察组产妇采用缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗,观察两组产妇第三产程时间、产后出血量以及产后的不良反应,并作对比分析。结果观察组产妇的第三产程时间明显短于对照组产妇,P<0.05;观察组产妇的产后出血量以及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组产妇,P<0.05。结论综合评估产妇的实际情况,合理使用缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗,能够较好的预防产后出血,并减少产后不良反应发生风险。

Objective To observe the effect of oxytocin combined with misoProstol in Preventing PostPartum hemorrhage and analyze its clinical value.Methods Sixty Parturients with natural childbirth admitted to our hosPital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected.They were divided into observation grouP and control grouP with 30 cases in each grouP by random lottery.The control grouP was treated with oxytocin,while the observation grouP was treated with oxytocin combined with misoProstol.The third stage of labor,PostPartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions were observed and comPared between the two grouPs.Results The third stage of labor in the observation grouP was significantly shorter than that in the control grouP(P<0.05);the amount of PostPartum hemorrhage and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation grouP were significantly lower than those in the control grouP(P<0.05).Conclusion ComPrehensive evaluation of the actual situation of Parturients,reasonable use of oxytocin combined with misoProstol treatment,can better Prevent PostPartum hemorrhage,and reduce the risk of PostPartum adverse reactions.
