高龄妊娠期进行糖耐量检测的重要性探讨

目的通过本次研究探讨糖耐量检测在高龄妊娠阶段的重要性。方法选取2017年7月~2018年6月在我们进行产前检查的88例35岁以上及90例35岁以下的妊娠期妇女进行糖耐量检测,并进行统计学分析。结果35岁以上实验组的各时间段血糖值与35岁以下对照组有着显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),显示在高龄妊娠期进行糖耐量检测具有相当的重要性。

Objective To investigate the imPortance of glucose tolerance test in the advanced stage of Pregnancy.Methods A total of 88 Pregnant women over 35 years old and 90 Pregnant women under 35 years old who underwent antenatal check-uP from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected for glucose tolerance test and statistical analysis was Performed.Results The blood glucose levels in the 35-year-old exPerimental grouP were significantly different from those in the 35-year-old control grouP(P<0.05),indicating that it is of considerable imPortance in the senior gestation.
