放松疗法在经食道超声心动图检查中的应用

An investigation on the clinical application of relaxation therapy in transesophageal ultrasonography

目的探讨经食道超声心动图检查(TEE)中实施放松疗法进行护理干预的意义。方法选取2012年1月~2018年12月共100例开展TEE检查的患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。干预组应用放松疗法进行护理干预,对照组进行常规护理,对两组患者检查总有效率及满意度进行回顾性分析。结果对行TEE检查的100例患者,干预组检查总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组有3例患者因强烈的咽喉反射插管失败放弃检查。干预组检查操作满意度及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在TEE检查中,进行放松疗法护理干预,可有效降低并发症的发生,是确保检查起到较好效果,提高检查成功率的重要保证。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of relaxation therapy in patient care in transesophageal echocardiography(TEE). Methods 100 patients were recruited who had TEE examination between January 2012 and December 2018;these patients were randomly assigned to observation group of 50 cases and control groups of 50. Observer groups had conventional care and relaxation therapy;control groups had only conventional care. The total effective rate and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results In this study, the total effective rate of the observation groups was significantly higher than that of the control groups(P < 0.05), three patients of the control group gave up the examination due to the failure of strong laryngopharyngeal reflex intubation. The satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions In the TEE examination, the relaxation therapy can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, which is important to ensure that the examination has a good effect and improve the success rate of the examination.
