自二十世纪九十年代以来,新媒体在全球的迅猛发展使得媒介传播形态发生了根本性的变化,对当代社会发展产生了全方位的革命性影响。本文试从新媒体发展的角度入手,对其做一个整体的论述,包括新媒体的含义及其特点、新媒体的发展原因(内因和外因),发展趋势,以及从个人角度出发分析了当下新媒体发展的优势及其潜在隐患。

Since the 1990 s, the rapid development of new media in the global makes fundamental changes have taken place in media communication form, has a full range of revolutionary influence to contemporary social development. The view of this article tries from the new media development, to make a whole, including the meaning and characteristics of the new media, new media development reason (internal cause and external cause), development trend, and from a personal perspective analysis is made of the advantages of the new media development and its potential hazard.
