摘要
精细营销,精准营销对于销售企业来讲,是提升创效能力的有效手段。近几年来,鸡西分公司通过实行区域化管理,市场份额得到了有效提高。本文就实行区域化管理的必要性和模式进行简要探讨。
Fine marketing,precision marketing for sales enterprises,is to enhance the effectiveness of effective means.In recent years,Jixi branch through the implementation of regional management,market share has been effectively improved.In this paper,the necessity and mode of implementing regionalization management are discussed briefly.
