京津冀协同发展背景下的区域高等教育发展现状综述

A summary of the Development of Regional Higher Education in the Context of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development

中共中央政治局2015年4月30审议通过的《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》明确指出:推动京津冀协同发展是一项重大国家战略,核心是有序疏解北京非首都功能,要在京津冀交通一体化、生态环境保护、产业升级转移等重点领域率先取得突破,这意味着经过一年多的准备,京津冀协同发展的顶层设计基本完成,推动实施这一战略的总体方针已经明确。本文基于此背景思考京津冀三地高等教育发展的对策选择。

The CPC Central Committee of the Politburo April 2015 30 review of the"Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development planning outline"clearly pointed out:the promotion of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development is a major national strategy,the core is the orderly flow of Beijing non-capital functions,in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration,ecological environment Industrial upgrading transfer,such as the first breakthrough in key areas,which means that after more than a year of preparation,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative development of the top-level design is basically completed,to promote the implementation of the overall policy of the strategy has been clear.Based on this background,this paper thinks about the countermeasures for the development of higher education in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
