摘要 针对1000MW机组汽轮机调试期间发生的轴承金属温度升高的问题,根据汽轮机启动过程中转速与轴承金属温度变化曲线,从汽轮机顶轴油系统、运行监视等组织进行了分析,提出了针对性措施和建议,供基建和生产单位参考。 In view of the problem of bearing metal temperature rise in the period of steam turbine debug. ging of 1000MW units,according to variation curve of rotating speed and bearing metal temperature in the start-up process of steam turbine, this paper organizes and analyzes from top shaft oil system, operation monitoring and other factors,and puts forward to some targeted measures and suggestions,which will pro. vide references for the units of capital construction and production.
