摘要
本分析方法通过零死体积三通及压力和流量控制器精准控制流量,选择毛细柱作为分析柱,提高分离效率,利用阀箱保护单元从源头上减少外界对氢气、氩气、氧气、氮气痕量分析的影响,采用高灵敏度的VICI、HID检测器实现对氢气、氩气、氧气、氮气0.01ml/m^3以上的精准检测。此方法分析耗时短、重复性好、检测限低,可解决各种样品气中痕量氢气、氩气、氧气、氮气分析的重复性差,检测限达不到要求的问题,能够很好满足工业生产中乙烯、丙烯、丁烯中痕量氢气、氩气、氧气、氮气分析的需要。
By using this analysis method,the flow rate is accurately controlled by zero dead volume threeway and pressure and flow controller,and the capillary column is selected as the analytical column to im. prove the separation efficiency. The valve box protection unit is used to reduce the external effects of hydro. gen,argon and oxygen from the source. For the influence of nitrogen trace analysis,a highly sensitive VICI HID detector was used for the accurate detection of hydrogen,argon,oxygen and nitrogen 0.01mL/m3. This method has the advantages of short time,good reproducibility and low detection limit,which can solve the problem of poor reproducibility of trace hydrogen,argon,oxygen and nitrogen in all kinds of sample gas, and the detection limit is under the requirements,and can meet the needs of Analysis of trace hydrogen,ar. gon,oxygen and nitrogen in propylene and butane ethylene of industrial production.
