摘要
水泥窑协同处置垃圾系统中,垃圾焚烧炉的炉膛喷淋降温、窑线脱硝及脱硫等工艺均需消耗用水,以渗滤液膜浓缩液代替此部分用水,不仅能减少耗水量,降低厂区用水成本,还能解决膜浓缩液的无害化处置问题,实现膜浓缩液在工程应用上的“以废治废”。相较于MVR处置技术和直接回喷焚烧法,此方案投资成本及运行成本优势明显,以膜浓液用于喷淋降温或回喷分解炉及脱硝的方案为例,年节水量约4380t,处置膜浓液年运行成本比MVR技术少77.8万元,经济效益显著。
Furnace spray cooling,kiln line denitration and desulfurization process consume water in cement kiln co-processing waste system.Using leachate membrane concentrate instead of this part of water,can not only cut down water consumption and reduce the cost of plant,but also dispose the problem of membrane concentrate,realize the“waste membrane concentrate against the waste”in engineering.Compared to MVR technology and direct injection incineration,the investment cost and operating cost of this program have obvious advantages.Take membrane concentrate for furnace spray cooling or spray calciner and denitration as an example,the annual water saving capacity is about 4 380t,and operating cost is reduced by 778 000 yuan for a year as the MVR,total economic benefits are remarkable.
