摘要
在供给侧结构性改革背景下,煤炭行业去产能、转型升级已是大势所趋。资源型城市经济转型是我国可持续发展道路上的一个新的挑战,而煤炭企业的转型发展是其重要的组成部分。煤炭企业应与时俱进,摒弃“一切为了生产、一切服务生产”的旧思维,在积极响应国家去产能、培育接续替代产业政策的基础上,尽快挖掘多项政策中对企业转型发展有利的部分,如资金扶持、政策倾斜、转型导向等,探索“光伏+”、“互联网+”等产业融合发展的可行性。
Under the background of supply-side structural reform in China, cutting off overcapacity and transformation and upgrading is already an irreversible trend in coal mining industry.It is a new challenge for sustainable development in the resource-based city economy transition, in which coal mining enterprises' transformation and development are important parts.Based on responding policies of cutting off overcapacity and fostering alternative industries, coal mining enterprises should take use of the beneficial parts of policies for transformation and development, such as financial support, policy intendency and transformation orientation.Also they should explore the feasibility of relative industries such as photovoltaic power generation plus and Internet plus.
