摘要
神东煤炭集团在探索自动化开采的十余年历程中,逐步形成了以记忆割煤、跟机拉架、自动找直、视频拼接与监控、远程干预和数据集成通信技术为核心的煤炭智能开采模式。通过在锦界煤矿31114自动化工作面的现场实践证明,自动化工作面可减员15人,工效提升17.54%,年节约人工成本210万元。面向未来,神东煤炭集团将研发以透明工作面构建、采煤工作面智能调高为核心的无人开采技术,推动智能开采技术的新的变革。
In more than ten years of exploration of automatic mining, Shendong Coal Group has gradually formed a intelligent coal mining mode with the core combination of memory coal cutting, automatical drawing of supports, LASC, video mosaic and monitoring, remote intervention and integrated data communication technology. Through the practice of No.31114 automatic work face of Jinjie Mine, it was proved that the automatic work face could reduce15 employees, improve work efficiency by17.54% and save labor cost by2.1 million Yuan per year.Facing the future, Shendong Coal Group will carry out the unmanned mining technology centering on the construction of transparent work face and intelligent change of mining height to promote the new reform of intelligent mining technology.
