摘要
在煤层注水治理冲击地压的过程中,为了提高注水压力的高压持续时间,增大注水解危的效果,研究了注水钻孔封堵体周围煤体裂隙对高压注水泄漏的影响。结果表明,钻孔封堵体外侧煤体中的漏水通道是客观存在的,通过在封堵段两端头布置化学浆布袋,形成封堵段密封空间,再将高压水玻璃—水泥浆液注入到该封堵段,让高压水玻璃—水泥浆液渗入到煤体裂隙,可以有效充填封堵段外侧煤壁内的漏水通道,形成理想的高压注水封堵段,在治理冲击地压隐患方面取得了较好的效果。
In the process of controlling rock burst by water injection in coal seam, in order to improve the high pressure duration of water injection pressure and enhance the effect of water injection to remove hazard, the influence of coal fissures around water injection borehole sealing body on high pressure water injection leakage was studied.The results showed that the water leakage passage is the objective existence in the outside coal body of borehole sealing body.By setting up chemical slurry bags at both ends of the plugging section, the sealing space of the plugging section was formed, and then high-pressure water glass- cement slurry was injected into the plugging section, so that high- pressure water glass-cement slurry seeped into the coal body cracks, which can be effectively blocked, and the leakage passage in the outer coal wall of the plugging section formed an ideal high pressure water injection plugging section, which had achieved favorable results in the application of controlling the potential rock burst hazards.
