摘要 为了研究截割煤岩时掘进机关键部件的振动特性,在LS-DYNA中进行截割仿真,得到了横截工况下截割头所受的冲击载荷;建立了以截割臂、回转台、机架、后支撑为柔性体的刚柔耦合模型,并对其施加截割载荷进行了动力学分析,得到了受迫振动下掘进机各部件的动态振动响应。研究结果表明:截割部在14Hz、28Hz和63Hz左右振动剧烈;机架振动较弱,频谱图无明显峰值;电控箱在25Hz以下、62Hz以及125Hz左右振动剧烈。研究结果可为掘进机的进一步动力学分析提供理论基础。 In order to study the vibration characteristics of key components of tunneling machine during cutting, the cutting simulation carried out in LS-DYNA obtained the impact load on the cutting head under cross cutting conditions.A rigid-flexible coupling model with cutting arm, turret, frame and rear support as flexible body was established, and the dynamics analysis was conducted when the cutting load was applied to the model, and the dynamic vibration response of each part of the tunneling machine under forced vibration was obtained.The results showed that the vibration of cutting section was intense at14 Hz,28 Hz and 63 Hz, the vibration of frame was weak and there was no obvious peak value in spectrogram, and the vibration of electronic control box was intense at25 Hz, 62 Hz and125 Hz.The analysis results provided fundamental basis for further dynamics analysis of tunneling machine.
