摘要
黄登、大华桥水电站地处滇西北峡谷区,自然条件差,地质条件复杂,技术难度大;加之2个电站同步开工,战线长,规模大,项目多,工期紧,高峰期重叠,设计周期短,技术储备不足。要高质量建成世界级碾压混凝土重力坝和国内首例升鱼机系统,需要建设单位精心策划,悉心组织。通过对黄登、大华桥水电站建设过程中的设计及技术管理制度、管理模式、科研策划和攻关、设计优化及其他工作的回顾,对项目的设计及技术管理过程进行总结,可为国内外类似项目管理提供参考。
Huangdeng and Dahuaqiao hydropower stations are located in the gorge area of northwest Yunnan with poor natural conditions and complex geological conditions, the construction of two stations are difficult in technology. Because two stations are constructed at the same time, some difficulties such as long construction line , large construction scale, tight construction period, overlapping peak period, short design cycle and insufficient technical reserve are inevitably encountered. To build a world-class RCC gravity dam and first domestic fish-lifting system with high quality, the construction needs to be carefully planned and organized. The design and technical management system and mode, scientific research planning and implementation, design optimization and others in the construction of Huangdeng and Dahuaqiao hydropower stations are reviewed, and the process of project design and technical management are also summarized, which can be as references for the management of similar projects at home and abroad.
