摘要
滑模技术在混凝土施工中具有施工效率高、安全系数高且成本低的优点,滑模技术能提升混凝土结构的整体性,对保证混凝土浇筑质量和缩短工期起到了积极作用。介绍了滑模技术在大华桥水电站大型竖井井壁筒仓混凝土衬砌中的施工应用,对滑模施工过程的质量控制要点和施工中遇到的难题应对措施等进行了深入分析研究。
The sliding formwork technology has the advantages of high construction efficiency, high safety coefficient and low cost, and can improve the integrity of concrete structure and play a positive role in ensuring concrete pouring quality and shortening construction period. The application of sliding formwork technology in concrete lining of large shaft in Dahuaqiao Hydropower Station is introduced, and the quality control points and the countermeasures for solving pouring problems in sliding formwork construction are also analyzed.
