农业补贴对农户参与农业绿色发展的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Agricultural Subsidy on Farmer Participation in Green Development of Agricultural

推动农业绿色发展是农业发展观和生产方式的一场深刻革命,而农户是参与农业绿色发展的直接主体之一,因此研究农户参与农业绿色发展行为对破解中国农业农村资源环境问题有着重要意义。利用甘肃省农户调查数据,分别利用因子分析法和有序Logistic模型,测度农户农业绿色发展的参与强度,分析农业补贴对农户参与农业绿色发展的影响。结果表明:样本农户农业绿色发展的整体参与强度不高,农户参与农业绿色发展的积极性存在较大提升空间。农业补贴对农户农业绿色发展的参与强度既有正向影响也有负向影响,其中农业保险补贴和其他(现金)补贴与农户农业绿色发展的参与强度显著正相关,农资补贴(农药、化肥和地膜)与农户农业绿色发展的参与强度显著负相关,现有的农业补贴可能会加剧农业面源污染而不利于农业绿色发展。除农业补贴外,雇佣劳动力、与相关技术单位合作、家庭成员有无村干部、土地离硬化道路远近等因素也对农户参与农业绿色发展产生显著影响。

Promoting the green development of agriculture is a profound revolution in the agricultural development,and alleviating agricultural pollution is key issue in the green development of agricultural. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the agricultural ecological environmental protection behavior of farmers in order to solve the agricultural resources and environment problems in China. Based on the survey data of farmers in Gansu Province,this paper uses factor analysis method to measure the intensity of farmer participation in agricultural green development,and uses ordered Logistic model to estimate the impact of agricultural subsidies on farmer participation in agricultural green development. The results indicate that: The overall participation intensity of sample farmer agricultural green development is not high,and farmer enthusiasm for participating in agricultural green development is low. Different agricultural subsidies have varied effects on the intensity of participation in agricultural green development. Agricultural insurance subsidies and other (cash) subsidies were positively correlated with the participation intensity of farmers in the green development of agriculture. There was a significantly negative correlation between agricultural subsidies (pesticides,fertilizers and mulching film) and farmer participation in the green development of agriculture. In addition,employment of labor force,cooperation with relevant technical entities,village cadres in family members,and the distance of land to harden roads also have a significant impact on farmer participation in the green development of agriculture.
