摘要
目的:探讨临床外科医生职业倦怠与社会支持、工作家庭冲突的相关性。方法:采用工作倦怠问卷中国版(CMBI)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、工作影响家庭(WIF)和家庭影响工作量表(FIW)对602名临床外科医师进行调查。结果:外科医生职业倦怠的检出率为71.43%,其中轻度33.89%、中度32.06%、重度5.48%。分层回归分析显示,控制了人口学变量以后,同事支持、工作影响家庭、家庭影响工作对情感耗竭有显著预测作用;家人支持、家庭影响工作对人格解体有显著预测作用;家人支持、工作影响家庭对成就感降低有显著预测作用。结论:外科医生的职业倦怠程度较高,有力的社会支持、工作与家庭之间的协调和平衡有助于缓解职业倦怠。
Objective: To explore the occupational burnout among surgeons in China and its relationships with social support,work-family conflict. Method:620 surgeons were assessed by Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory(CMBI),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Work Interference with Family(WIF)and Family Interference with Work(FIW)questionnaires. Results:The detection rate of occupational burnout for surgeons was 71.43%, including mild 33.89%, moderate 32.06% and severe 5.48%.The result of Stepwise linear regression showed that,after controlling for demographic variables, colleague support,work interference with family and family interference with work could significantly predict emotional exhaustion(EE);family support and family interference with work could significantly predict depersonalization(DP);family support and work interference with family could significantly predict reduced personal accomplishment(RPA). Conclusion: The status of occupational burnout among surgeons is serious.Occupational burnout among surgeons can be alleviated through strong social support,the balance and coordination between work and family.
