煤炭企业环保投入、绿色技术创新对财务绩效的协同影响

Research on the Synergetic Effect of Environmental Protection and Green Technology Innovation on Financial Performance in Coal Enterprises

以我国2012—2018年煤炭采选业上市公司为研究样本,运用随机效应模型和广义最小二乘估计法(FGLS),实证分析了环保投入、绿色技术创新对煤炭企业财务绩效的影响。研究表明:煤炭企业环保投入对财务绩效有明显促进作用;绿色技术创新对财务绩效也有明显促进作用;环保投入与绿色技术创新之间存在相互促进关系;当环保投入和绿色技术创新共同作用于财务绩效时,会对财务绩效产生更有力的促进作用;煤炭企业环境信息披露质量不高,这在一定程度上影响到对三者关系的研究。鉴于上述结论,提出完善企业环境管理制度、加大研发资金投入力度、重视绿色技术创新、优化环保投入结构、完善煤炭行业环境信息披露的法律法规、完善相关产业政策助推企业绿色发展等相关建议。

This paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of environmental protection investment and green technology innovation on the financial performance of coal enterprises, taking the listed companies in the coal mining and selection industry in China in the period from 2012 to 2018 as a research sample and using a random effects model - feasible generalized least squares (FGLS).The study shows that: Environmental protection investment of coal enterprises can obviously promote the financial performance.The green technology innovation also can significantly promote the financial performance.In coal companies, the environmental protection investment and the green technology innovation can propel each other. When the environmental protection investment and green technology innovation work together on financial performance,they will more powerfully promote the financial performance.The quality of environmental information disclosure of coal enterprises is not high, which affects the research on the relationship between the three factors to a certain extent. According to the research conclusion, the paper puts forwards the recommendations such as to perfect the environmental management system of coal companies,increase investment in R&D funds,attach importance to green technological innovation,optimize the structure of investment in environmental protection,improve the laws and regulations on environmental information disclosure in the coal industry,improve relevant industrial policies and boost green development of enterprises.
