摘要 目前变电站广泛采用密封式阀控铅酸(VRLA)蓄电池,其性能和寿命与人工维护质量密切相关。为解放人力、提高蓄电池运行可靠性,提出了一种超长寿命的VRLA 蓄电池的实现方案。分析了该种新型免维护蓄电池与以往普通蓄电池在材质、性能、寿命上的区别,并通过实验数据详细介绍了该型蓄电池耐腐蚀、抗失水、密封好、寿命长、结构便于维护等优势。该型蓄电池浮充寿命长、性能优良,能显著降低维护成本。 Now valve-regulated lead-acid batteries (VRLA) are widely used at transformer substations, and their performance and life expectancy are closely related with the quality of artificial maintenance. To reduce the manual labor and increase the running reliability of batteries, an implementation scheme of VRLA with ultra-long life expectancy is proposed. This paper analyzes the difference in material, performance and life between this new type of VRLA and the others. To be described with detailed data derived from experiments, the VRLA of this new type has many particular advantages, such as resistance to corrosion and water loss, reliably sealing, long expected life, and structure expedient to be maintained. The VRLA of this type with excellent performance can really reduce operational and maintaining cost.
