摘要
针对锂电池充电过程中各阶段的控制方式问题,提出了一种多控制方式的锂电池充电策略,保证锂电池能够及时在各充电模式自动切换,对锂电池形成有效保护。将锂电池充电控制方式中的定时控制方式、最大电压控制方式、温度控制方式相结合,形成了一种新的充电策略。设计了以SG3525 芯片为核心的充电电路,将三种充电方式相结合,进行了实验分析。验证了该策略能够及时有效地使锂电池在充电过程中自动切换充电模式,证明了该方案的可行性与准确性。
To solve control problem of charging in different stage of lithium battery, a multiple control mode of lithium battery was proposed. It can guarantee to change in different mode in time by itself, and form effective protection. Timing control mode, maximum voltage control mode and temperature control mode were united in multiple control mode to form a new charging strategy. Charging circuit based on essential chip of SG3525 was designed to experiment, combined with three control methods. It is demonstrated that the new charging strategy can chang in different mode in time by itself. Experiment results show feasibility and accuracy of this scheme.
