电池极片中粘结剂检测技术研究进展

摘要 粘结剂是锂离子电池极片中重要的组成之一.目前,锂离子电池粘结剂研究进展的综述文献集中于报道新型粘结剂的制备及开发现状,关于粘结剂检测技术研究进展的综述文献鲜有报道.从电池极片中粘结剂的黏附强度、与活性物质的界面黏附性能、对电解液的浸润性以及在极片中的分布状况4 个方面阐述了粘结剂检测技术的研究进展、应用现状及存在的问题,并对粘结剂检测技术的发展方向作出展望. Binder is one of the most important components in Li-ion battery electrode. Recent literature review of the binder is mainly focused on the research and development of new binders, while literature on the progress of the detection technology of binder is still rarely. In this paper,the progress, application and existing problems of the binder quality detection technology were expounded from 4 aspects of adhesion strength, interactions with the anode/cathode material particles, swelling properties in the electrolyte and distribution in Li-ion battery electrode. Finally, the future development of binder detection technology was prospected.
