规模风电并网条件下储能系统参与辅助调峰服务容量配置优化研究 被引量:25

摘要 由于风电等可再生能源装机比例不断加大,电网对辅助调峰的需求也日益迫切,而储能系统是解决电网调峰问题的有效途径之一。本文在东北地区建设辅助调峰市场所提出的补偿机制下,对储能系统参与火电机组辅助调峰服务容量配置优化模型进行研究,设计了储能系统参与辅助调峰的充放电控制策略,考虑受风电波动影响的电网综合负荷,在火电及储能约束条件下,分别得出经济性最优、消纳风电出力效果最优以及兼顾经济性和消纳风电效果综合最优的储能系统容量配置方案,并从火电企业、新能源企业、政府政策制定等多角度对比分析并提出建议。 Due to the increasing proportion of renewable energy installations such as wind power generator, the demand for auxiliary peak regulation is becoming more urgent, while energy storage system is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of peak load regulation. Under the compensation mechanism proposed by the auxiliary peak regulation market in northeast China, this paper focuses on the configuration optimization model of energy storage system for auxiliary peak load regulation. The charge and discharge control strategy of the energy storage system for auxiliary peak load regulation is designed. Considering the integrated load effected by wind fluctuations, and considering thermal power and energy storage constraints, the economy optimal, the effect optimal of new energy power access, and the comprehensive optimal of both new energy power access and economy of energy storage system capacity allocation are obtained. Multi-angle contrast analyses such as from the view of thermal power enterprises, new energy enterprises and government policies and certain suggestions are proposed.
