基于储能协调蓄热式电锅炉消纳风电供暖系统的经济性评估 被引量:8

摘要 针对蓄热式电锅炉消纳风电过程中无法匹配快速波动的风电功率等问题,本文提出了基于储能协调蓄热式电锅炉消纳风电供暖系统的方案,并对该方案的经济性进行了评估。从“风电-电网-电锅炉-储能”联合运行系统的成本与收益出发,以蓄热供暖日收益最大为目标函数,在充分考虑分时电价、风电上网电价、弃风电量以及蓄热式电锅炉功率调节次数等约束条件的基础上,建立了“源-网-荷-储”联合运行系统风电消纳经济性评估模型,利用粒子群算法对模型求解。采用某电锅炉消纳风电示范工程实际运行数据进行测试,验证了该模型的有效性。测试结果表明,储能系统的加入可以有效减少电锅炉功率调节次数,可为储能协调蓄热式电锅炉蓄热供暖消纳风电提供理论依据。 Aiming at the problem that the regenerative electric boilers can not match the rapid fluctuations of wind power in the process of accommodating wind power, the economic evaluation method of wind power consumption based on energy storage systems coordinated regenerative electric boilers is proposed in this paper. From the viewpoints of the cost and revenue of the combined operation system with “wind power-power grid-electric boiler-energy storage”, taking the maximum income as the objective function and fully considering the time of use price, the electric price of wind power connected to grid, the capacity of the abandoned wind and the power adjustment times of the regenerative electric boilers, a “Source-Grid-Load-Storage” operation system for wind power consumptive economic evaluation model is established, and the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is adopted to solve the model. Through the test of the practical operation data of wind power heating demonstration project the validity of the model is verified. The test results show that the addition of the energy storage system can reduce the power regulation of the electric boiler and improve the economic benefits which can provide a theoretical basis of wind power heating using energy storage coordinated regenerative electric boilers.
