摘要
就中国德教实践而言,注重灌输不能不说是我们一贯坚持的重点。就个人成长的历程而言,其道德素养的形成,虽然不能完全离开知识的灌输,但灌输的知识与个人所持有素质的正比例图式的形成,取决于个人在多大程度上把外在的知识转化为自己内在的素质;正是在这一客观存在的转化的机制中,习惯的养成显示出无限的重要性,这恰在为道德而道德的道德建设的取向中被长期忽视,致使道德建设无法结出令人满意的果实;在文化资源的合理利用中,时代敲响了借助习惯养成民族美德素养的警钟;习惯既是一个民族文明的显示器,又是民族文化的助跑器,还是个人实现幸福的基础门径。
For moral education practices of China, it has to be said that our consistent emphasis is to stress on inoculation. For the course of personal growth, although formation of moral accomplishment cannot exist completely without knowledge infusion, the formation of direct proportion between infused knowledge and personal qualities is decided by the degree with which individuals convert external knowledge into their internal qualities;it is in this objectively existing conversion mechanism that habit formation shows its limitless importance, which has been ignored for a long time in the moral construction orientations that seems moral just for morality and leads to the result that moral construction cannot give people a satisfying effect;in the reasonable use of cultural resources, the era rings the alarm for forming national virtues and qualities through habits;habit is both the presenter and the helper of national culture, as well as the basic routine to realize personal happiness.
