再造烟叶外观颜色快速测量的方法

Method for Rapid Measurement of Reconstituted Tobacco Leaf Exterior Color

本文应用photoshop软件和扫描仪对再造烟叶外观颜色进行快速判断,以期为再造烟叶颜色的量化提供借鉴。试验结果表明,明度模型对再造烟叶进行颜色测定是准确、可行的。颜色均匀的同型号再造烟叶,其明度检测值满足正态分布检验要求,可建立再造烟叶产品外观颜色快速检测的方法,进行的重复性试验表明,明度指标的标准偏差(RSD)值均小于1.5%,重复性好。

This study utilized Photoshop software and scanner to rapidly evaluate the exterior color of reconstituted tobacco, which facilitated the quantification of the reconstituted tobacco color. The experiment results showed that the evaluation based on brightness model was precise and feasible for reconstituted tobacco color measurement. The brightness measurement for the same type of reconstituted tobacco with uniform exterior color satisfied the requirement of normal distribution. Therefore, it can be used for rapid measurement of exterior color of reconstituted tobacco. The reproducibility test results showed that the relative standard deviations (RSD) of brightness evaluation were smaller than 1.5%, indicating high reproducibility.
