摘要 应用相似原理及机械工程与结构设计方法开发并制造了完全满足几何相似与傅如德(Froude)相似的1 ∶50 NREL 5 MW风机试验缩尺模型。模型风机可用于衡量不同风速下风机转速、转矩、推力,以及叶片局部受载情况;同时实现了可精确模拟风机塔影效应的“风机-塔架”一体式模型设计,解决了线束干扰等问题。该缩尺模型风机为准确评估浮式风力发电机性能提供了基础。 Floating offshore wind turbine (FOWT) is subjected to the combined wind and wave loads at sea. Its motion response and stability mechanism are very complicated. Wave basin model test is an essential way to evaluate the performance of the FOWT. Based on principle of similitude and design methodology of mechanical engineering and structure,a 1 ∶50 scaled model of NREL 5MW reference turbine that fully satisfies geometry and Froude number similarities has been designed and developed. The model turbine can be used to measure the rotor speed,torque,thrust and local load of the blade under different operating conditions,which provides a more accurate and reliable model for the floating wind turbine model test.
