高校科学研究支撑实验教学机制探究

Exploration on Experimental Teaching of Colleges and Universities Supported by Scientific Research

加强科教融合,以科学研究促进实验教学改革与创新是高校构建高水平人才培养体系,全面提高人才培养质量的重要内容。探讨了高校的科研对于实验教学的重要支撑作用,分析了科研促进实验教学面临的困难和问题。在此基础上,以华中师范大学为例,提出了激励高水平教师投身实验教学、推动科研资源向本科实验教学开放、引导科研成果转化为实验教学内容、校企联合培养学生创新创业能力等发挥科研优势,提升实验教学水平的具体路径。

It is of great importance to enhance the integration of science and education,and to promote the reform and innovation of experimental teaching by scientific research,so as to build a high–level talents' cultivation system and improve talents' quality. This paper discusses the important supportive function that scientific research of colleges and universities has exerted to experimental teaching,and analyzes the obstacles and issues on this perspective. Based on those mentioned above,this paper takes CCNU as an example to promote several specific ways to deal with the following issues: to motivate high–level teachers to devote themselves to experimental teaching;to make more scientific research resources available to experimental teaching;to guide more scientific research results to be transferred into experimental teaching contents;to encourage the coalition of college and enterprise to cultivate students ability of innovation and set up their own business.
