摘要
本文通过正交实验对活化铝盐类型工艺和合成锆的甘氨酸复合物溶液工艺进行改进,旨在优选除臭剂活性成分(RLE)工艺参数.研究表明在铝盐溶液活化后,m(铝盐)∶m(锆盐)为1.25∶1,m(锆盐)∶m(甘氨酸)的范围在1∶0.23到1∶0.35之间所制备的RLE作为活性组分会使除臭剂的效果最好.
In this paper, the activated aluminum salt type process and the zirconium glycine complex solution process were improved by orthogonal experiments, aiming at optimizing the deodorant active ingredient (RLE) process parameters. The results show that in the case of activation of the aluminum salt solution and m(aluminum salt)∶m (zirconium salt) is 1. 25∶1, m(zirconium salt)∶m(glycine) ranges from 1∶0. 23 to 1∶0. 35 The prepared RLE as an active component will give the best effect of the deodorant.
