摘要
通过文献资料法对有关健康教育的文献进行研读,并对我国中学生健康教育的现状以及其影响因素进行梳理,针对中学生健康教育存在的问题,从家庭、学校、社会3个层面进行了一定的分析,在探究思考的基础上,建议首先编制适合我国中学生健康教育的教材,其次建立高素质的健康教育的师资队伍、整合健康教育与体育教育,最终家庭、学校、社会三位一体,共同教育,以期为中学生健康教育提供参考。
Through the method of literature review, this paper combs the status quo and influencing factors of health education for middle school students in China. In view of the existing problems, this paper makes a certain analysis from 3 aspects of family, school and society. On the basis of exploring and thinking, it is suggested that the textbooks suitable for middle school students' health education in China should be compiled first. Secondly, it should establish high-quality teachers, integrate health education and physical education, and ultimately integrate family, school and society in whole, so as to provide reference for its development.
