3035例9种呼吸道病原体Ig M抗体联合检测结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨呼吸道主要病原体以及流行特点。方法对3035例呼吸道疾病患者血清采用间接免疫荧光法同时检测9种病原体的IgM抗体,包括军团菌血清1型(LP1)、肺炎支原体(MP)、Q热立克次体(COX)、肺炎衣原体(CP)、腺病毒(ADV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、甲型流感病毒(INFA)、乙型流感病毒(INFB)及副流感病毒(PIVs),并对结果进行分析比较。结果3035例患者血清IgM抗体阳性共819例,总阳性率为26.99%;阳性检出率排在前三位的是肺炎支原体(MP)、乙型流感病毒(IFB)及副流感病毒1、2和3型(PIVs),依次为13.81%、6.52%、5.04%。不同季节的感染率不同,秋季阳性率最高(37.7%),不同年龄之间感染率也不尽相同,4~岁组阳性率最高(51.7%)。结论通过对9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体联合检测可初步掌握本地区呼吸道感染的发病率及流行病学等特点,并可为临床的诊断和治疗提供依据。 Objective To explore the main respiratory pathogens and epidemiological characteristics of outpatients and inpatients in our hospital. Methods A total of 3035 samples,IgM antibodies of nine pathogens in patients with respiratory infection were detected by indirect immunofluorescence, which were Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1(LP1),Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP),Coxiella burnetii(COX), Chlamydophila pneumonia (CP),Adenovirus(ADV),Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV),Influenza A (INFA), Influenza B(INFB),Parainfluenza 1,2 and 3(PIVs). Results The total positive rate of IgM antibody was 26.99%. The top three positive rates were Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP),Influenza B (IFB) and Parainfluenza 1,2 and 3(PIVs),which were 13.81%, 6.52% and 5.04% respectively. Infection rates varied from season to season. The highest positive rate was in autumn(37.7%),and the infection rate varied among different ages. The highest positive rate was in the group of 4~years old(51.7%). Conclusion The combined detection of IgM antibodies against 9 respiratory pathogens can preliminarily grasp the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of respiratory tract infections in this region, and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
