摘要 目的探讨磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)各序列图像伪影形成的原因及处理方法,优化扫描参数,提高检查质量。方法收集2016年1月-2017年12月,因胆道系统病变行MRCP常规扫描序列检查的146例患者影像资料,分析出现图像伪影的原因、处理方法及处理效果,总结不同类型伪影的解决方法。结果146例中,常规6种扫描序列出现运动伪影54例,暗带状伪影21例,卷褶伪影14例,并行采集技术(ASSET)伪影23例。背景重叠污染导致的原始图像及重建后的图像模糊34例。通过对MRCP扫描的各序列参数进行合理运用,对受检者进行呼吸训练及沟通,可以消除伪影,增加信噪比、清晰度和对比度并且提升图像质量。结论扫描前对患者进行呼吸训练,检查时不同序列采取不同扫描技巧及人工调整参数,及时优化扫描参数,可有效消除图像伪影,保证MRI图像质量,提高诊断准确性。 Objective To explore the causes and treatment of artifacts in MRCP sequence images, optimize scanning parameters and improve the quality of examination. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,146 patients with biliary tract diseases were examined by conventional MRCP scanning sequence. The causes, processing methods and effects of image artifacts were analyzed, and the solutions of different types of artifacts were summarized. Results In 146 cases, motion artifacts were found in 54 cases, dark band artifacts in 21 cases,fold artifacts in 14 cases and ASSET artifacts in 23 cases. Thirty-four cases of blurred original and reconstructed images caused by background overlapping contamination. All artifacts were optimized by the sequence parameters of MRCP scanning in time,and breathing training and communication were carried out for the patients, which not only eliminated the artifacts, increased the signal-to-noise ratio,clarity and contrast, but also improved the image quality. Conclusion Respiratory training before scanning and full understanding and communication of patients,different scanning techniques and manual adjustment of parameters in different sequences during examination,timely optimization of scanning parameters,can effectively eliminate image artifacts,ensure the quality of MRI images and improve diagnostic accuracy.
