摘要
通过对KSS定量装车系统工作过程的分析,确定了KSS快速定量装车系统块率损失的原因,总结出缓冲仓闸板开闭控制规律,提出了改善装车效果的方法;通过分析煤量大小和机车牵引速度的关系,采取有效措施,提高了装车时缓冲仓仓位,间接降低了装车时煤流落差,减少了KSS定量装车系统中的块率损失,为解决KSS定量装车系统中的块率损失问题探索了一条简单的途径。
Based on analysis of the working process of the KSS constant-tonnage rapid loading system and the cause leading to the reduction of the percentage of coarse coal,a study is made of the law to control the opening/closing of the sluice gate of the surge bin,and the way to improve the car loading effect.It is found that the speed of the tractor needs to be varied depending on the volume of the coal in surge bin.Through adopting effective measures,it is made possible to raise the stored coal level in the surge bin and reduce indirectly the drop height of coal during car loading,and to increase the percentage of coarse coal.It offers a simple approach for the KSS car loading system to increase the percentage of coarse coal during car loading.
