Renovation of the clean coal sizing system of Taoer Mine Coal Preparation Plant

陶二矿选煤厂为了提高洗粒级煤产率、改善限下率指标,对洗精煤筛分系统进行工艺优化,通过调整筛孔尺寸、改变筛分顺序、增加筛分机械等改造措施,使得洗粒级煤产率得到有效提高,限下率指标明显改善。

In order to improve the yield and the indices of the undersize rate of sized coal,the process of the clean coal screening system of Taoer Plant is optimized by taking a series of renovation measures,such as adjustment of screen size,change of screening sequence and use of more screening machines.The renovation work has led to effective increase of yield of sized coal and significant improvement of undersize indices.
