摘要
为扩展频率下限,利用高频电磁仿真软件ADS(Advanced Design System)设计实现一种应用于零频抑制电路的反射型线性模拟移相器。利用分支线型3 dB定向耦合器和变容二极管实现移相,移相范围达到211°,中心频率为3.3536 GHz,线性度优于±2.6%,最大插入损耗为2.209 dB,平坦度为±0.45 dB。仿真和实际测试结果表明该方法能提高设计精度,减少研制周期,具有实用性。
A reflective linear analog phase shifter was designed by the high-frequency electromagnetic simulation software ADS in order to extend the lower frequency limit.It ’ s applied to the zero-frequency suppression circuit.Phase shifting was realized with branch line type 3 dB directional coupler and varactor diode.Phase shifting range extende up to 211°,center frequency is 3.353 6 GHz,linearity is better than ±2.6%,maximum insertion loss is 2.209 dB,flatness is ±0.45 dB.The simulation and actual test results show that the method can improve the design accuracy,reduce the development cycle,and has practicality.
