摘要
提出了一种基于模糊PI控制的复合型全桥LLC谐振变换器拓扑的数字充电机设计方案。通过在其拓扑结构原理分析的基础上,对变换器参数进行优化设计。采用模糊PI控制器作为其控制策略,利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件验证了所设计的电路和控制器的可行性。最后,设计了一台15kW的实验样机进行实验验证。实验表明,变换器动态响应较为迅速和跟随性较好,输出电压和输出电流的精度和抗干扰性符合要求,满载效率达到95%,各项指标符合充电机的充电要求。
A design scheme of digital charging machine based on fuzzy PI control is presented.Based on the analysis of its topology,the parameters of the converter are optimized.The converter uses fuzzy PI controller as its control strategy,and MATLAB/Simulink simulation software was used to verify the feasibility of the circuit and controller designed.Finally,a 15 kW experimental prototype was designed for experimental verification.Experiments show that the dynamic responses of the converter following better is relatively quickly,the precision and the anti- interference of the output voltage and output current meet the requirements,and full-load efficiency 95% meets the charging requirements of the charger.
