摘要
本质安全电源是保证系统实现本质安全的重要部分,针对目前本安电源结构复杂、功能单一等缺点,采用模块化理念和应用开关电源技术设计了一种基于LTC4364新型矿用本质安全不间断电源,并详细介绍了该电源的设计原理和方法。此本质安全电源输出为12 V/1 A,该电源具有输出稳定、反应速度快和体积小等优点。通过Saber仿真与实验检验,该设计可行。
The intrinsically safe power supply is an important part to ensure the essential safety of the system.Aiming at the shortcomings of the intrinsically safe power supply,such as complex structure and single function,a new type of intrinsically safe uninterruptible power supply for mining is designed by adopting modularization idea and applying switching power supply technology.The design principle and method of the power supply are introduced in detail.The output of this power supply is 12 V/1 A,which has the advantages of stable output,fast reaction speed and small size.Through Saber simulation and experiment,the design is feasible.
