摘要 针对目前电场测量装置存在带宽窄、共模噪声大等问题,提出以新型FPGA器件Artix-7为核心,结合传感和调理、宽带放大、单端转差分、高速采集、北斗定位等设计的电场探测系统。软核Microblaze实现数据处理和控制;等精度测量时间参数保证了高精度;FPGA驱动19英寸液晶。分析了信号链的阻抗,利用平行电极板构造变化电场对系统进行了测试,带宽达到 20 MHz ,电场强度的测量误差在±10%以内,线性度良好,脉冲电场的频率和占空比的最大测量误差分别为±0.4%和±1%。 In view of the current narrow bandwidth,common mode noise,and relying on industrial computer,the new lightning electric field detection system is designed with the combination of sensing and modulation,wideband amplification,single-end rotation difference,high-speed acquisition,Beidou positioning and so on.Microblaze achieves high integration of data processing and module-driven.Equal-precision method to measure the time parameters of the electric field ensures high accuracy in the whole frequency band.FPGA drives 19′ LCD display measurement.The impedance of the signal in link circuit is analyzed.The system was tested by using a parallel plate to construct variation electric field.The measurement bandwidth reaches 20 MHz,the electric field strength measurement error is within ±10%,the linearity is good,and the maximum errors of the frequency and duty cycle of the pulsed electric field are ±0.4% and ±1% respectively.
