摘要
为使TFT液晶仪表在低价位新能源汽车中更好地普及,提出一种用FPGA实现液晶驱动芯片功能的低成本高可靠性的仪表新方案。采用定时唤醒策略完成仪表可靠唤醒,且低功耗平均电流为3.4 mA;通过多种措施降低传导发射和辐射发射能量来满足GB/T 18655-2010中等级三的要求;采用备用数据6 s定时刷新算法确保液晶可靠显示;利用瞬态抑制和过压保护电路使仪表通过110 V电压干扰试验。此方案已经在新能源汽车仪表上广泛应用,性能可靠稳定,具有较大的实际应用价值。
In order to make TFT liquid crystal meters more popular in low priced new energy vehicles,a new instrument with low cost and high reliability for realizing the function of liquid crystal drive chips by FPGA is proposed.The time wake-up strategy is used to complete the reliable wake-up of the instrument,and the low power average current is 3.4 mA.Reducing emission of conduction and radiation emission by various measures makes it meet the requirements of grade three in GB/T 18655-2010.Backup layer data 6 s timing refresh algorithm is used to ensure reliable LCD display.Using transient suppression and overvoltage protection circuit,the instrument can resist to 110 V voltage interference.This scheme with reliable and stable performance has been widely used in new energy vehicle meters,and it has great practical application value.
