摘要
针对矿井深部开采、顶板来压显现加剧、巷道维护状况恶化和煤矿顶板事故等多发情况,分析顶板来压动态参数实现连续在线监测是智慧化矿井发展的必然趋势。首先,分析了博克斯—詹金斯模型在煤矿顶板安全监测中的应用,然后对顶板来压数据实时预测分析,实现预警报警功能。最后通过ARMA算法的零均值化处理和精估计迭代,预测结果误差小、精度高、实用性强,很好地满足安全管理的需求。
In view of the deep mining in the mine,the increasing pressure on the roof,the deterioration of roadway maintenance conditions and the accident of the coal mine roof,it is an inevitable trend to analyze the roof dynamic pressure to achieve continuous on-line monitoring.First,analyzing the application of the Box-Jenkins model in coal mine roof safety monitoring.Then,predicting and analyzing the roof pressure data,and achieving an early warning function.Finally,by means of the zero-mean-value processing and refined estimation iteration of ARMA algorithm,the prediction error is small,the prediction error is small,the accuracy is high,and the requirement of safety management is satisfactorily.
