城市社区公共物品网络治理中多维冲突对供给绩效的影响

The Impact of Multidimensional Conflict on Supply Performance in Urban Community Public Goods Network Governance

基于对天津市和上海市城市社区公共物品网络治理的政府组织、私营机构、社会组织和社区居民的问卷调查,采用回归分析、相关性分析等研究方法,检验社区公共物品网络治理中多维冲突对供给绩效的影响和作用.研究发现:关系冲突、过程冲突和任务冲突两两正相关;关系冲突对社区公共物品供给绩效具有负影响;任务冲突和过程冲突都对社区公共物品供给绩效产生倒"U"型影响.提出疏导与消除关系冲突、监控与利用过程冲突、控制与善用任务冲突的应对策略.

Based on the questionnaire of the government organizations,private sectors,social organizations and community residents of public goods network governance in Tianjin and Shanghai communities,the authors used regression analysis and correlation analysis to test influence and role of multidimensional conflict impact on the supply performance in urban communities public goods network governance. There is a positive correlation between task conflict;relationship conflict and process conflict;relationship conflict has a negative impact on supply performance;task conflict and process conflict have an inverted "U" influence on supply performance. It also puts forward the countermeasures for resolving task conflict,utilizing relationship conflict and using process conflict.
