摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)技术作为一种新型的数字化工具,正在引发建筑史上新一轮的革命.依据某超高层项目实际情况,将BIM技术应用于施工管理,从BIM环境、目标、团队和组织等多个角度分析如何实施BIM,探讨基于BIM技术的施工管理流程,设计了基于BIM的质量、成本、进度管理流程,提出了三种保障BIM实施的机制,为BIM在我国的推广与应用提供借鉴.
As a new data tools,building information model(BIM) technology is provoking a new round of revolution in the history of architecture. In an actual situation of a tall building project,the authors analyzed how to implement BIM in construction management from the perspectives of BIM environment,target,team and organization,exploring the construction management process and design the quality,cost and schedule management process based on BIM. This paper puts forward three mechanisms to guarantee BIM implementation,and promote and apply BIM in China Escort.
