应用型高校大学生创业精神培养模式探究

Cultivation Mode of Entrepreneurship for Application-oriented College Students

“自主创业”不仅为国家缓解了大学生就业压力,同时也为大学生实现自我价值提供了一条行之有效的路径。以大学生创业存在的问题入手,认为应用型高校应提出了切实的培养目标,降低创业失败率,提高创业的社会实用性和成功率。为了达到这样的目标,应培养大学生的职业素养,强化大学生创业前的心理辅导,对学生进行阶段性的测试和综合能力的评定等,从而形成大学生创业应具备的基本精神培养模式。

Self-employment not only relieves the employment pressure of college students, but also provides an effective way for college students to realize their self-value. Starting with the problems existing in the entrepreneurship of college students, it is pointed out that application-oriented colleges and universities should put forward practical training objectives to reduce the failure rate of entrepreneurship, and improve the practicality of entrepreneurship education. In order to achieve the goal, it is necessary to cultivate the professional quality of college students, strengthen the psychological counseling, and conduct periodic tests and comprehensive ability evaluation on students, therefore, to form a basic spiritual cultivation mode for college students before starting their own businesses.
