摘要
江河水量的相对匮乏、工业废水的污染以及农业生产和城乡居民用水的浪费等结构性缺水问题正成为当前困扰着南宁市水城建设的重要问题。为此,水城建设需要遵循低碳经济发展的理念,一方面以打造“海绵城市”为抓手,改善城市河湖补水机制;另一方面在工业废水治理上大力采用低碳科技,同时加强环保用水制度以及相关教育,共同构建行之有效的水城建设体系。
The relative shortage of water in rivers, the pollution of industrial waste-water and the structural water shortages such as the agricultural production and the waste of water for urban and rural residents are becoming important problems that currently plague the construction of Nanning Water City. Therefore, the construction of water city needs to apply the concept of low-carbon economic development. On the one hand, it aims to build a“sponge city”and improve the water supply mechanism of urban rivers and lakes. On the other hand, it vigorously adopts low-carbon technology in industrial waste-water treatment, and meanwhile strengthens the environmental protection and water use system and the related education to jointly build an effective water city construction system.
